Emergency Service Requests and Procedures

The following situations will be considered emergency maintenance items and will be handled in the manner outlined below. This is NOT and all inclusive list, but should give residents and idea of what should be expected of them and what should be expected from management.

Emergency Requests:

1) A fire on the property

2) The odor of natural gas

3) A serious water leak

4) Smoking or sparking electrical equipment

5) Serious structural problems

6) Sewer back up, not clogged toilets

7) Malfunctioning heating system

8) Malfunctioning air conditioner when the temperature is over 90 degrees

9) Any other condition that could lead to personal or property loss

All emergency service requests should be directed to 888-7332.  A call should be placed to 911 or any other applicable emergency assistance in the event of any problem threatening bodily harm or property damage.
